Ice Cream Stack is a Unity-developed casual runner game on Play Store and iOS, with over 𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬.
I used diverse ad monetization strategies and mediation tools to optimize revenue. We utilize Firebase to analyze user behaviour, focusing on key metrics like playtime retention and session lengths. By identifying levels where users exit i enhanced gameplay. Also, firebase Remote Configuration is used for A/B testing, allowing us to refine features based on real user feedback.
